Booking & Payment

Your session is confirmed once the session fee or deposit is paid. Provisional bookings are held for 48 hours only. Session fees and deposits are non-refundable. Payments may be made by card, bank transfer, PayPal, or Klarna.

Cancellations & Changes

A minimum of 72 hours’ (3 working days) notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Deposits and session fees are retained if this notice is not given. One reschedule is permitted; further changes require a new deposit. A £10 admin fee applies to cancellations after payment. Vouchers and promotional offers are non-refundable.

Vouchers & Offers

Only one voucher or offer may be used per session. Vouchers may require a deposit and have specific entitlements. Additional people or services are charged separately. Deposits may be deducted from purchases and are only refunded after the viewing appointment if all terms are met.

Viewing & Ordering

Viewing appointments must be booked within 4 weeks of the session. Images may be deleted after this time. Viewings may be rescheduled twice; further changes incur a £35 fee. Orders are placed in person only—online galleries are not provided. Photography or recording during viewings is not permitted.

Orders & Products

All orders must be paid in full before delivery. Due to the bespoke nature of products, all sales are final once ordered. Only selected images will be edited and supplied.

Editing & Image Use

Nicola Bald Photography controls the final artistic style. Only purchased images are retouched. Raw or unedited files are not released. Additional edits after ordering are charged at £25 per image. Unauthorised use of images is prohibited.

Copyright & Digital Files

Nicola Bald Photography retains copyright on all images. Digital image licenses may be purchased within packages. Images are archived for a limited time; retrieval fees may apply.

Liability

In the unlikely event of illness, injury, technical failure, or loss of files, liability is limited to a reshoot. Complaints must be raised within 14 days. No responsibility is accepted after image delivery.

Studio Conduct & Safety

Children must be supervised at all times. Any behaviour that risks safety or disrupts the studio may result in removal from the premises. Clients must follow all safety guidance during the session.

Model Release

Unless otherwise stated, Nicola Bald Photography may use images for marketing, display, and promotional purposes.

Agreement

This contract forms the entire agreement between the client and Nicola Bald Photography and is legally binding. By signing, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
